Registrations made BEFORE May 1, 2009:
	A deposit of $300 per week is required via MasterCard or Visa at time of registration. Deposits made for resident campers are non-refundable. Final payment will be due May 1. The credit card used for the deposit payment will be charged for the remaining balance on May 1.

Registration AFTER May 1, 2009:
	Full payment is due upon enrollment for any camp that has openings. No camper will be allowed to participate unless all fees have been paid and all health forms submitted in full.

Cancellations:
	Should you cancel more than 10 days in advance of the first day of the camp you registered for, you will be issued a full camp credit minus a $100 administrative fee. If you should cancel less than 10 days in advance, no credits will be issued and all monies paid will be forfeited. Resident camper amounts are not subject to refund. The credit will be good for two (2) years from date of issuance and is transferable to family members. Cash refunds will be given only if you have purchased Refund Insurance as outlined below.

Refund Insurance: Our $100“Peace of Mind” Policy:
	Due at the time of registration, Refund Insurance entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your camp registration more than 10 days prior to the start of your session. If you cancel within 10 days, we will give you a camp credit for all monies paid, valid for two (2) years from date of issuance. Credit with the Refund Insurance is transferable to family members and good for any USJDP program. No refunds will be given for willful absences, no-shows, or expulsions. Pro rating will be a max of 2 days, for $50 a day, no pro rates after the fact.

Injury Policy:
	Unfortunately, injuries are a natural occurrence in a contact sport such as hockey. As a result, injury refunds will be dealt with by the camp director on a case by case basis after reviewing individual circumstances. When issued, refunds are limited to a credit voucher good for any USJDP program for two (2) years from date of issuance.
