Please print, complete fully, and either return them or bring them with you to
camp on Day 1. No player will be allowed to participate without these completed
forms.

What age groups are appropriate for these programs?
The Junior Prep Camp is for Bantam AA and older players only.
How do I register for one of these programs?
You may register by calling us at 303.964.0929, mailing in one
of our brochures to the address provided below, or by doing so
online by CLICKING

Will I get a confirmation/participants packet?
Yes, one will be emailed to you around June 1. In it you will find 7
pages of info directly related to the Junior Prep Camp. Including: check-in
times, daily groupings, team color assignments, general camp and location
info, staff bios, staff contact numbers, emergency contact numbers, residence
hall locations, daily camp schedule, a consent to treat form, airport
pick-up details, dorm check-in procedures, meals info, and airport drop
off details.
What if I register after May 1?
A participant packet will be emailed at time of registration.
Is the daily schedule online?
Yes. The Junior Prep Camp daily camp schedule is posted online on the
Prep Camp Schedule page. Please click the red link for each weeks specific
camp info, dates, schedule and assigned staff.
What kind of coaches can we expect for these programs?
The coaches for all our programs are current NHL, collegiate and Junior
coaches.
What time is registration/check-in on Monday mornings?
Please select the Program Focus & Daily Schedule link off the "Junior
Prep Camp" link button above.
What do I need for registration/check-in?
You need to have completed and returned the Health Form/Liability Waiver,
and be paid in full before your player can participate in any daily activities.
Can we stay and watch?
Of course! The more you learn the better as well.
Are meals provided?
Lunch and dinners are included for the day campers, and three meals a
day is included for all resident campers.
What is included in the Resident Camper package?
Three meals a day, housing, linens, all in-ice and off-ice camp activities,
and full access to the CU Rec Center. |
