CamperReg WEB SITE Terms and Conditions OF
USE
Introduction
Thank you for visiting CamperReg Technologies Inc.’s (“CamperReg”
or “we” or “us”) Web site located http://www.CamperReg.com (the
“Site”). This page sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms and
Conditions”) which will govern your use of the Site and compliance
with these rules is a condition to your use of the Site. We
reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Accordingly,
please review this page often. CamperReg will give notice of
changes to the Terms and Conditions by posting the revised Terms
and Conditions on this Site, together with the date the Terms

that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions; (2) you have
read CamperReg’s Privacy

others in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes set
forth in CamperReg’s Privacy Policy; and (3) in the event that
you are providing any personal information, including without limitation
the information required for registering a camper, about a child
age 12 or under, you represent and agree that you are such child’s
parent or legal guardian and you hereby consent to CamperReg’s
use of such child’s personal information by CamperReg and others
in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes set forth
in CamperReg’s Privacy Policy.
Section B - Ownership and Copyright
All pages within this Site and any material made available for
download are the property of CamperReg, its subsidiaries, affiliates,
vendor and/or licensors. The Site is protected by United States
and international copyright and trademark laws.
The contents of the Site, including without limitation the text,
images, audio, and video, and any materials accessed through or
made available for use or download through this site are copyrighted
and may not be copied, distributed, modified, reproduced, published
or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent
of CamperReg, except that you may download content from the Site
to any single computer for your personal use only, provided you
keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices
and comply with any applicable end user license agreements. No
part of any content, form or document may be reproduced in any

text, page layout, or form) of CamperReg and/or our affiliates

CamperReg’s name or trademarks without the express written consent
of CamperReg.
As a condition of your use of this Web site, you warrant to CamperReg
that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful
or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. If you breach any
of these Terms and Conditions, your authorization to use this Site
automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded
or printed materials. Any rights not expressly granted by these
Terms and Conditions or any applicable end user license agreements
are reserved by CamperReg.

CamperReg is a trademark owned by CamperReg and/or its subsidiaries
or affiliates. CamperReg’s trademarks may not be used in connection
with any product or service that is not CamperReg’s, in any manner
that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner
that disparages or discredits CamperReg. All
other trademarks and logos used in this Site are the trademarks,
service marks or logos of their respective owners. CamperReg does
not make any claims to the marks of others which might appear on
the Site. You gain no right to use any marks of CamperReg or any
other entity by virtue of your use of this Site.

Information/Visitor Submissions

may appear in future CamperReg products or operations. Without
limitation, CamperReg will have exclusive ownership of all present

to you or any other person sending the Submission. You acknowledge
that you are responsible for whatever material you submit, and
you, not CamperReg, have full responsibility for the message, including

or to purchase products. It is your sole responsibility to monitor

of action arises or be deemed forever waived and barred.

This Site is controlled by CamperReg from its offices within the
state of Colorado, of the United States of America. It can be
accessed from all fifty states, as well as from other countries
around the world. Each of these places has laws that may differ
from those of Colorado. By accessing this Site, both you and CamperReg
agree that the statutes and laws of the state of Colorado will
apply to all matters related to these Terms and Conditions and
the use of the Site, without regard to conflicts of laws or principles
thereof. Each party also agrees and hereby submits to the exclusive
personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts
sitting in Denver County, Colorado, and waives any jurisdictional,
venue or inconvenient form of objections to such courts
.
CamperReg makes no representation that materials on the Site are
appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing
them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.

on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with
