Registrations made BEFORE May 1, 2007:
A deposit of $200 per week is required via MasterCard, Visa, or check, with final payment being due June 1. All deposits made with credit card will be charged to card for balance due June 1.

Registration AFTER May 1, 2007:
Full payment is due upon enrollment for any camp that has openings. Walk-ins are allowed provided space is available.

Cancellations:
Full camp credit will be issued to you for any reason if you cancel your Gustavus Swimming camp registration. The credit will be good for two (2) years from issuance and is transferable to family members. Cash refunds will be given only if you have purchased Refund Insurance as stated below.

Refund Insurance: Our $30 "Peace of Mind" policy
Due at time of registration, Refund Insurance entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your camp registration more that 14 days prior to the start of your session. If you cancel within 14 days we will give you a camp credit for all monies paid, valid for two (2) year from date of issuance. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members and good for any Gustavus Swim Camp. If you have registered for more that one session, the $30 fee is good for all sessions. No refunds will be given for willful absences, no-shows, or expulsions. Pro rating will be a max of 2 days, for $50 a day, no pro rates after the fact.

Discounts:
FAMILY - First pays full, each additional family member saves $20.

Security:
All information gathered by the Gustavus Swim Camp will be deemed confidential and will not be sold or given to any third parties.
