Registrations made BEFORE June 1, 2008:
A non-refundable deposit of $200 must accompany each registration. Payments may be made via MasterCard, Visa, or check payable to Gustavus Hockey Camp. Final payment may be made at any time, but will be required by June 1.

Registration AFTER June 1, 2008:
Full payment is due at time of registration. Payments may be made via MasterCard, Visa, or check payable to Gustavus Hockey Camp.

Mite Registrations:
Full payment of $85 will be due with each registration.

Registration Forms:
All registration forms are accepted in the order in which they are received until camp is full. Enrollment is limited.

Confirmation Packets:
A confirmation packet with specific camp information will be sent upon receipt of registration form and payment.

Cancellations:
If you have to cancel of your registration, for any reason, before July 1, you will receive a cash refund less your non-refundable deposit of $200. No refunds will be given after July 1.

Discounts:
FAMILY - First family member pays full price. Each additional family member will receive a $25 discount.
TEAM - Discounts apply to groups of 5 or more. Please call for more information.

Security:
All information gathered by the Gustavus Hockey Camp will be deemed confidential and will not be sold or given to any third parties.
