Scott Moe, a 1995 graduate of Gustavus, recently completed his eleventh year as the head coach of the men's golf team. During the 2006-07 season, Moe coached the Gustavus team to a second place in the MIAC. During the spring of 2005, Moe also coached the U.S. Junior National Team to a World Cup title in Japan.

Moe has directed Gustavus to five MIAC titles in the past eleven years. His squad has qualified for the NCAA Championships nine out of the past ten years that he has been at the helm. The Gusties have posted top ten finishes at the NCAA Championships in eight of the last eleven years, including top-five finishes four times and a first place finish in 2004.

Moe, a native of Elk River, Minnesota, has been named the MIAC Coach of the Year five times (1997, 1998, 2003, 2004, 2005). Moe has also been named the Golf Coaches Association of America's District Five Coach of the Year five times (1996-97, 1997-98, 1998-99, 2001-02, 2003-04).

A standout golfer for the Gusties from 1991-1995, Moe won three MIAC individual titles and played on four conference championship teams. He earned All-America honors in 1993 and 1995 and was named a GCAA All-American Scholar in 1995. Moe also serves as the head women's golf coach.

Scott lives in St. Peter along with his wife Sarah and sons Logan and Jack.
