BEFORE May 15, 2008: |

A deposit of $200 per week
is required via MasterCard, Visa, or check at time of registration.
Final payment will be due May 15. All deposits made with credit
card will be charged for remaining balance on May 15. |

Full payment is due upon enrollment
for any camp that has openings. Walk-ins are allowed provided
space is available. No camper will be allowed on the ice unless
all fees have been paid and all health forms submitted in full. |

| Cancellations: |
| |
Full camp credit will be issued
to you for any reason you must cancel your RMHS camp registration.
The credit will be good for two (2) years from issuance and is
transferable to family members. Cash refunds will be given only
if you have purchased Refund Insurance as stated below. |

| Refund Insurance: Our
$50“Peace of Mind” Policy: |
| |
Due at the time of registration,
Refund Insurance entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should
you cancel your camp registration more than 14 days prior to
the start of your session. If you cancel within 14 days, we will
give you a camp credit for all monies paid, valid for two (2)
years from date of issuance. Credit with insurance is transferable
to family members and good for any RMHS camp. |

| Refunds & Pro-rating: |

No refunds will be given for
willful absences, no-shows, or expulsions. Pro-rating will be
a max of 2 days, for $50 a day, no pro rates after the fact. |
