RMHS Exclusive Player Evaluation & Tracking System:

Each player will receive a complete, objective player evaluation that will be reported online by October 15. This tracking system will allow players and parents to track a students progress over the years in specifically designed and tested drills to better gauge a players improvement and athleticism compared to those in similar peer groups. By comparing these stats to national and international players averages, you will be able to determine where a player is respectively against his/her peers, where they need to be, and what they need to do to get there. This can be a powerful tool is assessing ones skill sets against youth, junior and college players alike and help determine the best skill development course to reach ones goals.

Player Evaluation & Tracking System Test Descriptions:
Top Speed Test: Timed skating test between blue lines with full run-up.
Acceleration Test: Timed skating test between the blue lines with 10' run-up.
60-yard Dash: Timed speed test over 60 yards.
Push-up Test: Total push-ups in 60 seconds.
Sit-up test: Total sit-ups in 60 seconds.
Shot Speed Test: Average of 5 attempts (both wrist and slap, where appropriate)
Box Sprint Test: Lateral movement and agility test around a 10' box.
Lateral Hops Test 1: Total number of hops in 30 seconds.
Lateral Hops Test 2: Timed test of how long it takes to do 15 hops.
Jump Test: Height with which a player can reach on a jump testing bar.
Stickhandling Test: Timed score of player navigating the NHL All-Star stickhandling circuit with a puck.
