How CamperReg Works
The CamperReg Online
Camp Management System can be utilized in one of two ways:
1. The Online Registration & Director Login features can be
added to an existing camp website. Simply add the appropriate 'Register
Now' or 'Register Here' buttons to your website with the corresponding
links provided by CamperReg, and you are ready to start accepting
Online registrations. There are no set-up fees or additional development
costs for this option.
2. The second option is the design and implementation of a fully
custom-designed, stand-alone camp website with the entire registration
system and Director Login already built in. There are no setup
fees for the CamperReg system, but the camp director may incur
website development costs of $250 for a brand new, custom designed
website. There is a FREE website option as well but does not include
a custom design.
Once live, online registration system works like this:
1. Families are able to visit your website, review posted info,
select a camp, and register with a credit card immediately, 24/7.
2. Your customized registration form gathers all information you
deem necessary.
3. All submitted registrations get automatically sent to YOUR CamperReg
Back Office Management dashboard, automatically.
4. Upon logging in to their system each camp director will view
all submitted registrations under Registrations By Status, with
all newly received registration being shown in the 'New' status.
5. Camp Directors may process any or all client credit cards for
payment through the Payment Processing module and directly into
their own private merchant account.
6. The total amount deposited charged is processed and deposited
directly into the camps' business account within 2-3 days.
